Prescribe a connection to THRIVE.
Rx to THRIVE gives healthcare providers and other family-serving professionals a way to connect families to THRIVE through a “prescription” for family support.
A referral to THRIVE can connect families to our community, resources, education, and support beyond the walls of a clinic or other point of care.
PartnerTHRIVE
Connect families to more of what they need.
PartnerTHRIVE brings THRIVE and community organizations together to expand families’ access to resources, services, programs, and opportunities.
Partnerships may include referring families to trusted organizations, helping families access programs and services through special rates or other arrangements, sharing resources, and collaborating on family-centered events and initiatives.
